At uniqu3d, we offer both custom-made and ready-to-ship products. Our policy varies accordingly:

1. Custom-Made Products

• All custom 3D printed products are made specifically to order.
• Cancellation is allowed only within 12 hours of placing the order or before production begins.
• Once production starts, orders cannot be cancelled.
• No refunds or returns are applicable on custom-made items unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
  
  

2. Ready-to-Ship Products

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
• Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery if the product is unused and in original condition.
• Refunds will be processed after quality check of the returned item.
  

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

• Please report within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos.
• After verification, we will provide a replacement or refund.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

• Minor variations in color/finish (common in 3D printing)
• Change of mind after order confirmation (for custom items)
