This Returns & Exchange Policy applies to purchases made through www.uniqu3d.in, the official website of Uniqu 3D (referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”). By placing an order on our Site, you agree to the terms outlined below.

We offer returns or exchanges within 7 days of purchase. To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging.

Please note that customized or personalized 3D products are not eligible for return or exchange, unless they are received in a damaged or defective condition. In such cases, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images or videos as proof.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will initiate the replacement or provide further instructions for return. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed through the original payment method.
